This 60-minute table massage is performed on the head, over clothing. The scalp and neck areas are worked with precision, but without neglecting any potential points of muscular and nervous tension. The massage therapist's primary goal is to create a sense of release from mental strain and a feeling of calm. This prepares the client for the second part of the massage, which involves energy healing with Reiki. Reiki is an energy massage performed without physical contact. This method aims to balance the client's energies, allowing them to find lasting and profound peace on a physical, mental, and emotional level. This meditative relaxation technique originated in Japan in 1922. The duration of this second part is at the therapist's discretion, who focuses their full attention on ensuring you experience a sense of emotional healing.
